Mjay's Kitchen is an F&B business that was created in 2020 by Maryjoe Srouji, a Lebanese young and passionate self-taught cook, who decided to launch her first “Frozen Ready Meals” company in the UAE.
This concept allows customers to preorder their meals from a menu of more than 70 main dishes and stack them up in their freezer to enjoy their meal at any time for up to 6 months if properly preserved in the freezer.
Fast forward one year later, Maryjoe launched her catering services that include not just the delicious customized local and international dishes but also concept creation, event setup and décor, staff, and many more..
Growing up in a family that shared the joy of cooking from generation to generation, Maryjoe decided to move her parents to UAE to work with her. So the kitchen now consists of Mjay, her Mother Zeina, and her Father Pierre, all coming together to create the most exquisite dishes and memorable experiences.
